One of the best ways to equip your character in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm Classic is to use Justice Points to purchase gear after completing PvE content.

Justice points can be obtained by defeating dungeon bosses in Cataclysm. They were originally introduced as a way to catch up on gear during the Wrath of the Lich King expansion, and remained in the game as classic World of Warcraft transitioned into the new era.

The gear you can buy with Justice Points in Cataclysm Classic amounts to a lot of rare (blue) quality dungeon drops, and costs anywhere between 950 and 2200 Justice Points, which means you'll need to do a lot of dungeons City Farming can add these parts to your Cataclysm character's equipment. Alliance Justice Point Vendor Locations

Alliance players' Justice and Valor Quartermasters can be found in Stormwind's newly renovated Old Town. Vendors Magatha Silverton and Faldren Tillsdale are located in a building known as the "Command Center", the entrance to which can be found at coordinates [79, 68].

The Horde's righteous quartermaster is named Jams Watts, and tracking him can be a bit tricky. Although he is located in Grommash Keep, he cannot be found on the first level of the building where Garrosh Hellscream resides. Instead, you need to head to the ramp behind Grommash Keep and cross the bridge at coordinates [47, 65].

In Cataclysm Classic, all the gear you can buy with Justice Points requires you to be at least level 85 before you can equip it, meaning you can't get them until the expansion is fully launched.
